DRINK MORE WATER
10-15 glasses a day

Order of Food
Eat fruits first, then vegetables, meat, then rice.
Rice and bread are not essential. They are a cultural habit.
Replace snacks with fruits.
Eat 10-20% less food
Do not starve by reducing food by half
